We have implemented a few forum changes recently, and as part of the discussion a few other suggestions have been made by members (Thank you Bwana for many of these suggestions).

Here is the next set of suggestions. Your feedback on these plans will be great.

--Combine “ADSL and VDSL ISP Discussions” and “ADSL and VDSL Discussions” (most people do not differentiate any longer)

--Discontinue to “BlackBerry” and “Windows Phone” forums and move these posts into the Mobile Phones forum.

--Combine the Software and Linux forums (very low activity in the Linux forum).

--Make the Android forum a full forum (upgraded from a sub-forum)

--Discontinue the Gautrain forum, and move its posts into the “Motoring and Transportation” forum.

--Combine the “Hosting and Cloud Computing” and “VoIP” forums (very low VoIP activity)

--Combine the “Networking and Security” and “Network Admins” forums.

--Combine all the sports forums, with stickies for all the popular discussions - rugby, football, cricket, and F1.

Please supply your feedback this week in this thread.

Why don't you just merge all the sports forums, there's only like 5 or 6 threads on there that have regular activity

So basically combine all the sports forums, with stickies for all the popular discussions (rugby, football, cricket, and F1)? We can do that if others agree.

Sports forum plan amended. Thank you for the suggestion mmmig

Looks good. Only suggestion would be:
--Combine the “Networking and Security” and “Network Admins” forums.
Instead of Admins, "Admin". This then refers to both administrators and administration.

--Combine the “Hosting and Cloud Computing” and “VoIP” forums (very low VoIP activity)

I don't think you should merge Linux and VoIP into those other forums. While they may be low traffic, they have nothing to do with each other. Additionally while the volume may be small they are useful in that it's usually easier to find a thread you're looking for.
