Using Routesentry my WA account disconnects every two minutes.

We have recently made some changes regarding our disconnects, information on which can be found here:

We are still ensuring that everything is running fine, can you perhaps please PM me your username and I can then investigate to see what would be causing the disconnects, thanks.

Is it hosted internationally? I'm capped and used WA for international access, but as now my WA account stay connected thats great but it's not accessing anything (local or int)

I'm also having trouble accessing some international sites. On SAIX, but not webafrica.

The problem has been pin-pointed. It is related to accounts that have auto top-up enabled, have reached their maximum auto top-up limit and had a small amount of bandwidth remaining (It seems to be only around 40 of our accounts).
We are busy resolving the issue now, but have put in place an interim solution to avoid excessively rapid disconnects.
In addition as a token of good-faith, we have credited all bandwidth utilised during the rapid disconnect periods. Our most humble apologies for any inconvenience caused.
