Vodacom Fibre (Openserve)

Ever since yesterday afternoon, I’ve been experiencing sporadic network issues. My internet disconnects every 15 minutes, and it’s becoming really frustrating. Vodacom hasn’t assigned a technician yet. Is anyone else having the same problem?


I haven’t even been with Vodacom for two weeks.
 
Mine isn't the same problem, but it does seem that not assigning technicians to calls is at the order of the day. I'm having trouble getting them to do the line speed upgrade. Been waiting for nearly two weeks now.
