3rd Party App to Unlock Vodafone Huawei e620?

I have a UK Vodafone Huawei e620 data card. Vodacom nor any one else has a solution to unlock it. Any one know of a 3rd party application network unlock for the card?
 
You might be able to get the unlock code free of charge from the network - always worth a try. Here is the procedure to request an unlock code from Vodafone UK.

Alternatively you could pay R100 to get an E620 unlocked in SA.

Sometimes they offer free unlocking 'gifts'. If you check back regularly maybe they might have something for Easter?
