Ja, especially when you commit fraud on your application to ICASA by telling them you are taking the job because you want to "protect the public" and "regulate the industry"... what a croc! They should just be honest and admit "I am taking this job cos I need the money, I know nothing about the Telecoms industry, and I could not give a rat's tooshie about protecting the consumers".
