My letter to telkom

Hello Support

For the past 3 days I've been having trouble surfing international Sites.The access is extremely slow! I always have to reload - and sometimes it does not even connect or it drops the page entirely. I live in Somerset West - Morningside.

What is wrong?

Telkom replied to me and to my friend who had the same problems. But since then it is working again without changing the settings
