It basically states that 5000 houses between 1 and 2 million will be confiscated. 30% of the value will be paid to the bond holder / owner. If the owner have a second property or doesn't owe anything on the bond, nothing will be paid.

How true is this?
 
I doubt it is authentic. Someone probably got a letterhead and is fscking about. Why specifically target houses between R1mil and R2mil?

Would the law actually allow something like this?
 
That may be so.... but still, I get the feeling that these fakes are sent out there just to rattle some cages, purposely by the ANC, as a reminder to us as to who is in charge here!
 
Someone put the address in the letter on the wrong side of the page- iow he failed grade 7 English... (for those who still don't know, it's supposed to be in the top right corner. The address of the recipient should be where this moegoe placed his.)
