Mkay... Since I dont have a router now (just the Neotel Phone), I can't seem to get Port Forwarding to work. :(

From what I read this will make torrents faster, and everywhere I see it needs to be changed on the router itself. I have Windows Firewall disabled, without any success.

http://www.utorrent.com/testport.php?port=xxxxxx (where xxxxxx is your port number) to run the test. You can also try https://www.grc.com/x/portprobe=xxxxxx

Anyone played around with this and had better luck?

you need to request a port be opened from neotels side, they block all incoming ports by default and have just recently admitted to it. They should be able to sort it out for you but it may take some time. I requested a port be opened on friday and still nothing but it is the weekend after all.

Aaah... Can you give a link to where you read that, and did you try and ask them to open all ports?

maybe they want to charge you for this, waiting for lawyers to give the go ahead, lol
