Mkay... Since I dont have a router now (just the Neotel Phone), I can't seem to get Port Forwarding to work. 
From what I read this will make torrents faster, and everywhere I see it needs to be changed on the router itself. I have Windows Firewall disabled, without any success.
http://www.utorrent.com/testport.php?port=xxxxxx (where xxxxxx is your port number) to run the test. You can also try https://www.grc.com/x/portprobe=xxxxxx
