I can't agree more with "Web-Oriented Architectures", we are getting more and more requests for web apps, and are currently busy with a couple of big ones...

Agree on the virtualization part of things and all for it, love it. Nice and effective can backup a whole "server" in two clicks simplifying the emergency recovery to little less than just mounting the recovered image to Vmware on a different machine...

Luckily the company I work for is rather dynamic, so implementing something new is always only opposed by 2 questions "how much is going to cost and how will this affect our productivity"
