No solution yet to Icasa dispute

icasa should be fined for wasting everyone's time.
 
So ICASA is now in the business of holding companies to ransom? Nice. "Pay us a fine and we will give your equipment back". Bunch of criminals.
 
ICASA are full of cr@p.... they should be promoting growth, not killing companies for trying to do it.

What, so are all communication devices that are sold approved....mmm some how I think not.
I think they should rather be fined and warned than confiscating equipment.
 
i am also looking into getting some equipment and don't care if it's icasa approved or not
 
Approval is probably only given after the equipment has been deemed obsolete, by newer equipment or industry standards.
 
This carp takes waaay to long to complete.

IS should have been fined on the spot back in July 2008, no court case, no fuddy duddies.

1. Sir, this equipment is not approved by ICASA.
2. Yes, but ... wada wada.
1. Turn off this equipment immediately. Here is your fine. Here's out list of approved technology. See you next month sometime.
2. Ok.

No confiscation.
Alternative list provided.

This going to court rubbish is a waste of money and time.
