The following is how to get neomail account settings into your microsoft outlook 2007... should work for most other software just use the same settings:
1.) open outlook (duuuh)
2.) Click, tools then account settings and select new.
3.) select the pop 3 option and click next
4.) tick the manually select server settings tick box and click next
5.) select internet email... the POP option and click next.
6.) User info is self explanatory
7.) Incoming mail server: mail.neomail.co.za
8.) Outgoing mail server: smtp.neomail.co.za
9.) the username and password settings are identical to the ones you use for web acces.
10.) make sure require login using SPA is not ticked.
11.) all other settings are default, but just in case click the more settings button
12.) click the advanced tab and make sure the pop3 port = 110 and the outgoing smtp port = 25
