Mini-Itx Zotac 9300 Bulk Order - looking for interested participants.

These boards are not available locally. I am trying to get one for my HTPC rig.

They will be at R2000.00 I just need a minimum of 5 folks interested as I am taking one as well.

It will be done via one of the local distros , but you will have to pay the amount in advance to them.

Just as an estimate I would say it would be a 30 day order lead time and 30 ship time - so roughly about 2 months wait after confirmation of order before we have them.

But I need confirmed orders and participants.

the ion didn't receive such hot reviews.

Priced even more higher than this one.

I have an existing mini-itx board Commell LV-678 and it motors, ran a QX9650 and 4850 gpu on it

What's wrong with the Intel board they compared it to in the review as it seems to beat the Zotac in most departments?

Let me tell you what has happened.

I can get them for the following for all and sundry , but limited numbers :

Zotac Geforce 9300 – ITX WIFI (ZT-GF9300-DE) R 1540.00 inc VAT

Zotac Ion ITC A MB With Atom330 (ZT-IONITX-AE) R 2275.00 inc VAT

Some smart "entrepreneurial" sort has tried to usurp my position at my local distro - in cornering the supply.

Despite the fact, that I had nagged to get them supplied and garnered interest in these goodies, well good luck to you sir.

So if you pay more than above for these boards, you are paying too much.

I can get them for you at these prices.

Those are really nice mobos but not really much of an HTPC without a tvtuner for Vista/7 Media center, your only tvtuner options are USB types which are not always that great...

Edit:
I read that the PCIe port might also support 1x cards so that is an awesome kit.

R2000 is a bit rough - was thinking it'd be closer to the R1500 mark. In any case, I will confirm later during this coming week whether I'm in for sure or not as it depends on getting payment from one of my clients whether I can splurge a bit on a luxury or not ;)
 
After my qx6850 purchase, i'll probably only be getting one march/april next year since i need to purchase a gfx card later this year. So if you peeps still need a 5th buyer by then, count me in :p

Lol guys - it's now locally available - after my nagging , so shop around as they are freely available - you don't want to get ripped off by some unsavoury peeps.

Also - I put mini-box in touch with the local distro - as I had also shopped with them for some goodies.
 
Why don' t somebody register at SonicInformed and give us a bulk order from them, they have much better prices on these boards! (ION-ITX-A is R2k incl)
