Open Spectrum Alliance launched

Abou time. Please can OSA add one more line item.

"Effective, timely decision making around spectrum allocation and associated regulations"

While it takes years to decide who should get the spectrum, this valuable resource is lying idle instead of helping to boost the economy

Allocating spectrum will lead to investment and help grow the economy at a time when such positive levers are sorely needed
