Yeah, I don't know and I need to know. So if anyone can explain what it is and how it 'goes with' Neotel, I'd appreciate it.

RSSI is your signal strength.

The higher the number, the worse your connection (signal)

PN is the base station you are currently connected too (It changes!)

On Prime, *#2368*#07# will give you the device menu, which you can use to access this info

PN = Pseudonoise code. Distinguishes the tower/Base station to which you are connected in a CDMA network

you can receive data from multiple stations at any given time

PN along with a scrambling code determines whether the data sent in the air interface will be decoded by your equipment.

Any Code for NeoConnect Lite ?

How would I find out my RSSI and PN on NeoConnect Lite ?
I'm assuming I would have to call into the call center ?

-Last weekend was up in the wee hours (3am'ish) of the morning and was having problems, called into Neotel technical support and was prompted to leave a message as "Neotel were busy experiencing high call volume" and could not get an abled body to take the call.
