I am worried that an engineer is able to redirect/delay smses without it being detected through some sort of audit trail... so the systems themselves aren't very secure now are they?
 
pretty sure they have a log of people accessing/snooping info on numbers etc. Its just a matter of when they finally decide to check up/audit it
