I feel like I am capped, browsing with only 8KB/sec

Still have green signal, normally have about 60-70KB/sec on ave

The modem seems to be flickering alot like it does when it changes towers

Ps cold front moving in maybe the towers are blowing away lol
 
same problem here ... have at least 1G left on my cap
 
IS ? saix ?, saix seems fine from my side.

Terrible here tonight all of a sudden as well.
Getting about 3-4 KB/s and I know I am definitely not capped.

yea myne is fooked aswell strange thing is though i rebooted my pc and for 5min or so i was downloading at almost 110kbps
 
Shaun: This feels def like traffic shaping, reset router and then browsing is fast for the first 1 second of loading the website and then it slows down to the 8KB

Since this is very near the bandwidth useage system change can it not be related - ie its capping us (the fact that I have -150mb downloaded showing worries me lol)
 
Oh same here man, been getting 2-3kb/sec for the last 1.5 days, I'm now up to 7k but jeez this is nuts. I still can't see my bandwidth "Apologies an error has ocurred during login", speedtest bombed - I called in support but spoke to a guy on, what seems like skype with less bandwidth that me. He urm and ahh'd - gave me another gig or so he said. And then afterwards said I still had 2gig. He kinda let it slip that other people are b!t5hing, although it was cryptic with the moon like latency. So 2 days, 30 min call + a topup and I still don't know what is going on .. it sucks big time. I did look at my antenna - it's looking good. booted and rebooted all my gear.

Status window saying everything is hot, well it's not, it's damn slow. help us.

Same here - I tested iBurst last week on Thursday & Friday with very good results.

Decided to buy the modem, only to experience extremely slow connections since yesterday.

For the record - I have a clear line of sight to the Moreletapark (Pta) tower.

Please tell me the accounting upgrade did not cause this?

Not such a silly notion - I experienced an outage with Vodacom 3G that was caused by the system that checked the remaining balance on prepaid accounts...

Please try the following.

Disconnect power from iBurst terminal for about two minutes.

Re-power and connect again.

There was a provisioning error which has been solved during the day. your device must be off the network for about two min and then when you connect again you will be provisioned into the correct basket.

Please try and let me know.

Try powering off for 5 minutes. It must work.

The system must not see your device for a while and then the provisioning comes right.

Yip, mine was off for close to 5 minutes - long enough to go to the bathroom, brush teeth, etc, etc :-)

Ok - back to work ...
