Voucher Recharge Service Not Working

The Vodacom recharge service is down according to 111.

It isn't allowing voucher entry at all. Apparently they will notify us via SMS when it's working again.
 
Well I finally was able to load a voucher, but the promised notification SMS never came.

I couldn't get any balance on USSD either.

Can we get an explanation from VData plse. This was particularly inconvenient for many!

Hi

Once everyone has confirmed(including back office) that its working then the sms will be sent.
