Use-it-or-lose-it spectrum policy in the pipeline

Input from the ISP Industry is fine. When ICASA are their pawns, we have life as we know it.

It's better than industry setting the standards, as usual, in collusion with guavament. :)

There's no easy solution...other than each ISP coming up with a subsidised loss leader, like Afrihost, to spread the low costs far and wide.
 
I hope that this applies to fixed-line operators as well. Cough Neotel Cough. I say no fixed-line services to consumers in 6 months = no more license.
