Post Office profits

The SA Post Office (Sapo) has continued to deliver profits, it said on Tuesday as it released its results for the year ended March 2009.

If they didnt sell Vodacom they would probably have made a HUGE loss.

They can use some of those profit to make their track & trace site reliable, cos it is pathetic.

Sell Vodacom?

Imagine how much they'd have made if they ran at least half as good as they should and sorted out the rampant theft. Must say though my local SAPO gives great service (better than Game Stores).

Yes, SAPO's parcel service is great. ;)

At least the GPO doesn't rip us a new one when you need to send a parcel or post.

But still, R488 million is a lot of money - what will they use it for? Improve their infrastructure, or line fat cat pocketses once again?
