E51 firmware update not authorized by Vodacom?

According to this site the current firmware for the E51 is v400.34.011 which was released in July. My phone has firmware version v220.34.37 but when I try to update it the Nokia Software Updater software says my network has not authorized any updates so I'm not allowed the latest firmware!!! What is up with that Vodacom?:confused:
 
That's weird. The latest firmware available for my E51 is 300.34.56, which is the one I have installed (product code = 0557889). But yes, it does suck that Vodacom takes so long to approve some software updates.
 
Product code 0557889 is an MTN code I think.
Mine is 0552193, got it from Vodacom, the sticker on the side of the phone box (the one with IMEI info etc also has Vodacom South Africa on it).
Firmware available to me is 400.34.011.
