I've never really had any issues with them, but this is getting a bit out of hand now. Long story short - I bought a 1GB account to last me until the end of the month. What happened was that I was double billed for this. I logged a ticket, got a reply a few hours later and the guy who assisted me, got it all wrong. Instead of cancelling the 1GB and "refunding" me for the extra cost, he removed my local only IS 30GB account. I replied to the ticket around 18:00 yesterday and asked him to reinstate my local only 30GB IS account and to remove the extra 1GB billing, but have still not received any response yet, and the issue still exists. Their service is usually so efficient and prompt, but this experience has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth.

The 1GB account has been set to cancel at the end of the month.
