iBurst and Ukash partner on prepaid purchases

If iBurst prepaid has any chance to work with the unenlightened masses, this will certainly help. I pay almost 2 buffaloes every month for 8GB+, mo credit check, no contract, nada.

Typical cellular model...
Rape the customer who is uninformed and/or is not "able to qualify for credit for whatever reason"

What the hell happened to "Cash is King"?
Sureley some reduced admin costs?

No credit checks.. but more importantly - NO BAD DEBTS!

Not following here. Oom, are you saying you're paying R200 for 8GB? pay as you go kinda thing? If so, where?

I'm using iBurst month-to-month through tradepage. I pay the amount into their bank account every month - no debit order. Since I got it last year May I have downloaded more than 8Gb every single month.

Sure iBurst latency is not a selling point at times, but I do not play games. There was a time when their DNS went haywire, so I got a bind9 server and my problems dissapeared. Regarding the modem disconnecting the whole time, I wrote a simple script that tries to reconnect my modem until is succeeds (the last time that happened was 5 Nov 4:10 :) ). iBoss is still a sensitive point of debate and I'm sure the towers are oversubscribed in some areas, but from my point of view there is not enough reason to leave iBurst.

Hope this sheds some light on the situation.

PS: lower prices are still welcomed

There is every reason in the world to leave iBurst.
I have done so...
WWI Biplane vs. Raptor comes to mind...
