Have you changed your username yet ? As far as I know all unshaped accounts need to change there username to identify themselves. You will need to find out from your ISP to what it needs to change.

My unshaped @ saol was on a shaped IP allocation yesterday, but with their technical support I had this moved back to the unshaped pool, and have exactly the same performance as usual. Not brilliant, but 1000% better than the shaped option.

no username was specified - just plugged in the already-set-up Cisco Router/Modem and changed my PC network adapters with the changes that were given - funny thing is, just opened my p2p client and started to download a file from our other office in UK and it is flying at downstream speeds of constant 50K+! - before on the shaped ISP, the average was 8-10K max per file...

The bad results of the speedtest may be just the timing during the day, so will try the test again later and pst the results...

IS Unshaped definately rocks! :) - SAIX sucks...big time

Harharhar... IF I wasn't able to laugh at telskimorons pathetic "service", I'd be crying.

QOS : 4%
Round trip time :12ms
Max pause : 1980ms (almost 2 seconds)
d/l : 222Kbps
u/l : 110 Kbps

This is on a 1024K line.

See graph here : http://www.4box.net/images/speedtest.jpg
