Weird stuff. For the first time, I'm capped :p - My axxess stats show that I've used 16.089Gb of my 15Gb account. My firewall reckons that I've only used 12.26Gb. SAIX Stats (using the SASA util) show that I've used 12.014gb, which more or less corresponds with my firewall.

I see these weird entries on my Axxess stats:

IN: 1984188675 OUT: 1459428081 Start Time: 2005-10-15 09:33:28 Stop Time: 2005-10-16 09:33:56
IN: 1984188675 OUT: 1459428081 Start Time: 2005-10-15 09:33:35 Stop Time: 2005-10-16 09:33:56
IN: 1984188675 OUT: 1459428081 Start Time: 2005-10-15 09:33:41 Stop Time: 2005-10-16 09:33:56
IN: 1984188675 OUT: 1459428081 Start Time: 2005-10-15 09:33:55 Stop Time: 2005-10-16 09:33:56

Very odd if you ask me. Anyway, I contacted Axxess and told them about it. They said they would have it fixed in about 2 hours.

Cool!

Wonder what the problem is tho.

I've got a few of those errors on my account as well.

Havent bugged them about it though - I'm not exactly gonna hit my cap anytime soon... They should just run a query on their database that eliminates duplicate entries. So if the end time and both in and out are the same then disable that record.

Someone got your account details maybe? Axxess do have concurrent connections

neh, look at the incoming and outgoing - they are exactly the same.

They sorted it out already, I'm now uncapped again.
Just had to disconnect & reconnect.

The weird thing is that it was only showing on the Axxess stats, and not on the SAIX stats. *shrug* and the SASA util didn't show any concurrent logins.

they do their own authentication - so if their records go awry, you get affected.

This is an idea/request for axxess: please could some info be included in the usage stats entries, to show which ADSL port/circuit/line/id the usage record was generated from/by - that way if someone does get hold of username & password, the customer can see that they need to change their password or something...

you can see it by looking at login times. if they overlap - boom!

similar to this case - only here its an obvious bug.

Also, the latest version of the SASA Tool counts sessions for you so you don't have to look for overlapping times in the log.

Wish they had it in MB instead of KB or Bytes cause its harder to read in addition to a simple graph whould be nice
