Axxess Auth issues?

Anyone else having authentication problems on axxess accounts?
Used a AllYouCanEat account on the same DSL line, no probs.:confused:
 
Had some yesterday. But all looks fine today. I auth threw my router.
I just think Telkom/SAIX just don't like the guys!

Had the same problem. Came right at about 12:30am. Was a problem on Dial up and ADSL so I would assume there was some problem accessing the authentication server.

I had the same problems 2 days ago. Is yours fixed now? I havent tried my axxess account again yet.
 
According to my router log, I was having problems since Wednesday this week. It seems to be getting worse. This morning, it took ages before I finally managed to log on. If I disconnect, I can't log back on again.
 
I haven't been able to log in from around 2pm yesterday. Still no luck. The guys at axxess are not very helpful either.
 
Authentication.. i wonder if it was affected when the blackout occured.. After the power came back up had to wait like 30-45min or so to get connected again. Hrm just morning can't get on till just now.
 
This is rather pathetic. I've been having these authentication issues since I have signed up with them. This will be my last month with them. I have been forced to use an MWeb account. Even though it is more expensive I am willing to pay it as they actually have a decent service and customer service. Thumbs up, Axxess.

I am having no problems since 12:30am. It's worked fine all day. The only thing I have found is that I can't get my usage from Saix stats.

Darn it. Now my home MWeb account is doing the same as my work Axxess account was doing yesterday. There must be something else going on with Telkom! Fu%^$#$# *(&%^$holes!
 
Were not experiencing a problem on our SAIX side. Everything seems 100%
 
Axxess has always had these authentication issues. I've had enough. MrBeep, do you offer 2GB unshaped SAIX accounts? :P

or 4GB Unshaped at R499 per month.

Its now 15:50 and still no luck with my axxess account. Need to find another ISP. Any recommendations ?
 
Try saol.com (cheapest on the market). I've had continuous hassles with Axxess as well when they were my ISP as well
 
OpenWeb is your safest bet. I have had NO problems from them. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, just PM MrBeep, he will sort you out one time.

I was suprised by the excellent service and turnaround times on queries. I dont see myself ever changing ISPs.
