SAIX international connection

Is anybody experiencing very bad lag on the SAIX international connection since about 9:30pm? Both MWEB and SAOL accounts giving me severe problems.
 
I'm out in Pretoria East. My line desynched at around 10pm last night and came back at 3. Hasn't been the same since. Slow (like a snail, not a retard). Something is very seriously wrong and somebody had better freakin' fix it.
