Telkom has been doing this for years, and again, no disrespect, all we do is talk, and talk and talk. Plan of action must be taken, 'cos Telkom won't change, Papi won't change, Government won't change, Sleepless in ICASA won't change. ISPs, Businesses and consumers must unite and protest against this sort of crap......maybe then the Government will listen, or be forced to listen!
