Telkom’s top consumer rating confuses

yup they always have aternative motives for doing anything, customer service and satisfaction has never been one of them.

IMO the whole hellopeter thing is a scam if all you have to do to get off the complaints list is pay an annual fee.

Isn't it also true that companies don't get to respond unless they pay? The more I hear about it the more it sounds like a scam to me.

What a load of hogwash. Telkom needs to do a helluva lot more than register with hellopeter to accomplish customer satisfaction. Let us see how long they last with their responses.

HelloPeter.com purports to be there for the consumers .... to provide them with a platform ..... Rubbish, HelloPeter is there because he is a businessman - no real problem with that .... but ... lets face it - who is HP going to be more loyal to? The paying suppliers, or the non-paying consumers? More and more over the past months I have noticed (as a fairly regular complainant on HP) that Peter Cheales and his team regularly delete comments, and side with those making him rich - Telkom now being one of them

Weakness in Hellopeter methodology?

Byebyepeter.

Gives me an idea - start up my own ersatz HelloPeter site where world+dog will post complaints about hellskommels, then when they'll want to be removed from that list, I'll charge them a cool million per year :p:D:D:D

I suspect that Telkom knows it wont actually be removed from the k@k companies list for just responding. They would actual have to fix their business model! GASP!

Hello Peter

Maybe what Hello Peter should consider is a % table on the home page instead of just a quantity of complaints / compliments.

That way a more true reflection of the company in question will be displayed.

In the case of Telkom, from the report, 88% complaints, 12% compliments.

Maybe Peter can read this forum so one does not need to rob Peter to pay Paul.

Lets start a blacklist for companies.

Do the company provide:
- inadequate service
- unfair compensation for damaged goods
- too high credit limits (you should complain about this)
- contracts that sign your rights away
- monopolistic behaviour
- etc.

A non profit organization. Money collected from blacklisted companies are used to finance litigation to make things more right.

Seems like there is a flaw in the HelloPeter.com system if all it takes to hop from the top of the baddy list to the top of the goody list, is a subscription fee...

Perhaps HelloPeter.com could respond by posting a comment in this thread...?

How about we all put a complaint on hellopeter against hellopeter?
That would be funny, and get them to the top of the baddy list ;)
