Huawei E620|E220 Windows 64bit|x64 HSDPA Modem Drivers

Started installing the MTN 3G but would not work, kept getting invalid data card errors. Looked for the drivers in the Drivce Manager and could not find anything remotely related to Huawei. Tried re-instaalling a few times but no success.

I'm running WinXP x64 so I have assumed the drivers don't work for I tried manually installing the drivers but windows did not recognise them.

Can anybody help me with E220 WinXP x64 bit drivers?

• Faxing for E620 - Huawei say card can send faxes, card says card can send faxes, but I always get an error.
• Faxing for E220 - Is the E220 capable of sending faxes?

Does anyone have their Huawei E220 running on Windows XP x64. The operating system picks up the mass storage device component of the device, but fails to intialise it when running the Mobile Connect Software.

It is not a problem with the handset because it works fine on a normal Windows XP SP2 machine.

Does it require new drivers for Windows XP x64?
