Perhaps management of those companies where employees are board to death that only way to pass a day is to play a solitaire should get serious about the work they do.
If your staff is waisting time on solitaire your management SUCKS ASS.

I agree. If employees are playing games in such a manner that it affects company performance, Management should take the rap.
Then again, Sophos doesn't care - its money in their pocket!
then again what are you at work for? surely not to play games?

100%, not sitters .. but if managers play golf and read papers @ a local coffee spot instead of MANAGING the staff and work load to the employees.... well u get the point .. who is watching a watch man..
Management, middle or otherwise is there to make sure staff is competent, interested in the work they do, etc etc etc...otherwise we would of lived in UTOPIA and there would be no need to have managers,police, regulators, judiciary, military .... u get the point........
