Vodacom’s impasse with union

Good for VC! 10% is a far cry from the neccessary 30%.
The CWU’s demand is that Vodacom grants them rights as though they represented the majority of employees in our company. We will not do so since 90% of our employees do not want us to do so

It should defy the intelligence of everyone that Vodacom says 10% one week, 15% the next week, 10% this week and so on.

How can it be that one month they claim 3000 employees, the next month more than 5000 and then 4000 again?

In South Africa where you control the media you might be able to get peoplpe to look away while you invent your nonsense. But there are more eyes than you realise watching you. Some of us do actually read what you say in your statements and realize that it just doesn't make sense.

You guys who work for Vodacom might want to start taking your meds regularly.
