Cell C bags regulatory heavyweight

I find it interesting how these councilors move and shake after a stint at the regulator. This is the wrong way of going about it. The regulator should be the pinacle of a telecoms experts career. I should be structured to have a couple of wise old fogeys at it's helm that have been through the motions of the industry and want to contribute to the country. They should be well paid and have no conflicting interests in the telecoms arena.

As long as we have these POPCORN ICASA councilors that jump wherever the the money is good enough we cannot trust their judgement.
 
I've read a bit of what she's written,and Bulbulia was definitely of the better ones as per my perception- though I am unfamiliar with her record at ICASA. Cell C has done well to snap her up.
