Hi , My elderly uncle got the 80 + 80gig on contract. How do I help him prevent from breaching this limit and racking up extra charges. Where do I set this limit as his phone is too old to have the telkom app.
I have the Reyee RG-EW3200GX PRO but flashed it with Openwrt. So I assume the original Ruiji software would be doing the bad uploads in the background and not a hardware part on the main board? Anyway to test if it still does it with Openwrt running on it?
Thanks I get an error saying it is not a gzip file and cam’t extract. As per my initial post, someone said use strings or binwalk but that means noting to me.
1) I bricked my Ruiji EW3200gx pro loading openwrt via TFTP using UART serial
2) Can load Luci via TFTP but none of the sysupgrade.bin files work via gui nor scp
3) I am trying to get the original firmware that I got from Ruiji site back on

Still with Telkom at R199 80g + 80 gig can’t beat it. Xpol type roof antenna and Huawei router b618 … oldies have limited issues. 8ta name disappeared but it was always Telkom. Very fast speeds.
Cheers bud, yes I have Blueiris myself but too much mucking around to get it working with minimal false alarms re shadows. Great if you want to spend 6 months learning it and do a phd in machine vision. Average Joe want to plug it in and it should work. Blueiris too many updates, alerts stop...
Hi all I came across Spotbot that you plug in to your NVR for human detection. I see most of their videos are from 3 years ago and technology came along way. Anyone here got any experience with Potbot?
Thanks SJ
I will just buy the robogaurd snitch, that alarms if the 833mhz is jammed . That should indicate jamming on a broad spectrum as most illegal jammers are covering a large frequency band re 1mhz-6ghz.
Thanks yes jammers are illegal but that does not stop the criminals in South Africa, hence the need for an electronic device alarming or warning you that there is a signal jammer in the area. The malls have some installed already to help warn in case of car thieves jamming signals.
Hi everyone, has anyone build or know off an anti signal jamming alarm/device you can use in your home. I assume freq would need to cover 400mhz- 5ghz?
So many IoT , cameras and alarms these days use wifi and rf signals.
I know Robogaurd has one but it covers the 433mhz band only.
Thanks
