    I'm currently on OpenServe fibre and I've already tried smtp.telkomsa.net The email address belongs to my parents so I'm slowly trying to move all the incoming emails over to my own Gmail address before I cancel it. (only paying R16 p/m for it)

    Did you ever manage to resolve this? I'm having the exact same problem at one of our remote sites. Internet browsing and emails seem to be unaffected but I'm unable to do any file transfers.
