    Wonder what is causing browsers on PC to have issues. None that I have tried FF , IE , Chrome in private window (incognito) is working for me. Page loads for a bit then stops loading with white page being displayed. Seems the Android App is working but hate using it.

    Their customs payment platform is still broken after weeks. How is this possible. Uselss. Now you must log a ticket , or mail to get a payment link which takes weeks by its self. So frustrating. Won't recommend using AGS until they sort their BS customs payment issue.

    Anybody perhaps have a direct number or e-mail to a Aramex consultant or manager or what ever. Still no payment link received, and all the mails , whatsapp chats , tickets etc I get the same copy and paste reply : Maybe My-BB can write an article about this whole fiasco of shipments stuck...

    Just an update.......still no payment link received. Another guy from our whatsapp group having the same problem. Seems the issue is not paying for shipping, but customs. Amazing how this can still be broken week later. Useless "IT" they have it seems.

    I did so yesterday............. Aramex closed the ticket and said I must follow up again in 10 - 12 days due to USPS delays. I don't understand the process. According to the USPS tracking it was delivered with status "Delivered to agent for final delivery" ......... does this mean it did not not...

    What is the turn around time for a shipment to be added to your parcel list after being received by Aramex ? Ordered something off e-bay, the tracking indicates it was delivered on Monday at Aramex but there is nothing in May Parcel list.
