ISM dropped the initial ball by loosing/forgetting credentials. ( it could be due to someone leaving I agree )
The 2nd ball was dropped by Westcon. I have been in comm's with Westcon's Microsoft Account Manager, and she did confirm they let the GA certificates laps which is a concern.
I have tried to let everyone involved know that this is a mini crisis...
medical aid claims, patient scripts etc. are not getting through. Everyone just throwing up their arms saying " We need to wait for Microsoft "
Im shocked at Westcon's lack of support here

Distributor is Westcon
Westcon had their Global Admin access laps
ISM forgot their Global Admin password
No other GA account was ever created, now...
