Hello whoever comes across my post I booked a OBF phone in the 6day of the 7day rule phone heated up device was a Samsung A12 it came back after seven days they said nothing was wrong with it but it did the same thing they booked it in again another 9 days passed called me today to come collect...- Chad Adonis

Vodacom faulty device

Vodacom faulty device
Hi I would like to know if there's any person with good advice as to what should happen when I return my defective device tomorrow I bought a Samsung galaxy A12 at Vodacom branch the 7th Jan 2022 but the phone heats up when I'm just using WhatsApp on it I don't believe games on it aswell never...- Chad Adonis
