    Hi. Yes, I use a VPN but not always. I only use when I got throttled by my isp. If your ISP doesn't throttle you then you don't need. I use Ufo VPN.I think service provider as usual from overseas but technical support from local people. I am very happy with them. At least when you have a problem they can answer you, unlike other IPTV providers. I think they are good.
