    Practically begging Telkom to take my money but no... ADSL to VDSL upgrade vent

    So I'm in Fourways. My exchange has been confirmed as VDSL 20MB capable.I currently have a 10mb line. I logged an upgrade request, but the systems were slow and the lady told me she would call to let me know what the ref number is. No call. One week later drive to Telkom shop in Fourways...

    ADSL 10MB Uncapped behaving dodge...

    So, as the line says... Router reports synching at 10mb, however when doing any DL I seem to have a magic ceiling of 4.2mb. Speedtest also shows this...Pings of sub 20ms, connects at 10mb, start downloading and over say a period of 3-4 seconds degrades from an avg of 9.2mb to 4.2 where it...
