Aftermarket tail lights from Japan (Question)

Hi all I am looking at ordering some aftermarket tail lights for my Jimny from Japan but am concerned about them being left hand drivers. Does anyone know or have any experience with thisz my main worry is that somehow they have the indicator and wiper controls swopped. Thanks in advance...
