Best Fibre service provider for heavy data usage..

Hi All,

They have started running the fibre infrastructure into our complex, I am currently on a 10mb ADSL uncapped with Telkom and doing around 800gb a month max which varies depending on the month.

So before making the leap is there any ISP out there which caters for the above kind of usage with the shaping/throttling etc.

Obviously Fibre doesn't have the free data off peak so I just want to make sure before I make the move.

Maybe a VOX 1TB capped account @R1099? 100/50

Not sure what most ISP's would consider abuse on their Fibre uncapped accounts. My Cool Ideas uncapped account @R999 is running BEAUTIFULLY but I'm not doing anywhere near the volumes you talking about...

LOL believe it or not it's mostly game downloads, the ps4 games are huge these days, that and a couple of NZB's and the usual usage traffic streaming 1080 etc.

It's not that hard when you are a gamer/streamer. Lots of the latest come in at 40 gig. Add in mmorpg 's, netflex ,ect and it's easy. Especially if you are a family household.

This is a contractor, do you know which operator is doing the build? What area is the complex in? Possibly MFN?

My router shows just under 2TB of usage on Crystal Web 20/20 on Vuma over the past 30 days, haven't had any slowdown at all.
