Cell C - Giga Package Throttling
Having issues with the Cell C Giga packages - and am noticing some severe throttling from cell c been trying to upload some files (1.3gb) to a client, with my phone thethered to the laptop speed test on LTE is reporting goods speeds (see below), but the later is true 1.3gb is showing...- delwynv
