    Thanks for this. I left it to charge overnight and its now saying 100%. For settings I have Charge Current (which is just a percentage 20,40,60,80,100) and charge voltage which I think is currently set to 27.4V. I measured the voltage whilst connected to mains and this is showing 27.9V.

    Thanks, I have both installed in series (and balanced) as per GeeWiz instructions. I am going to leave them overnight to charge via mains but was checking the voltage now of the batter pack and it was showing 27.1V (even though the inverter shows 86% and does not look like it will show 100%)...

    Thanks, sounds like it should be straight forward then. My Kool Energy 1.5kw inverter is 24V. Looking at the link you shared from GeeWiz, I would then need the 24V balancer for 2x series installation?

    Good question, and I have considered this, but I believe the inverter will have to be re-programmed to charge lifepo4 batteries. And as far as I know, one cannot do that on these Kool Energy trolleys. Unless I am mistaken?
