    I'm communicating with Rain on Facebook and here. Both platforms gives different excuses. You say power failure in the area (which I'm unaware of), Facebook says it's all restored and working 100%, yet I'm lucky to get 7mbps, mostly around 3-5mbps.

    It's been 3-4 days of wi-fi speeds between 0 - 5 mbps Absolutely useless for any streaming. Paying for big promises and absolutely no service. Replying to other users who complained that there is no estimated time or restoral, is just ridiculous.

    Since Friday the Rain network has been on and of in Bloubosrand. I've had similar complaints of neighbors in my street. We're lucky if we get 1mb/s
