    Hi, after a long 5 years of paying over R 2000 a month waiting for the valuation appeal board hearing which was in April to correct the ridiculous valuation amount, l now with the October account have a credit of R 37000 with more to come. How do l get this cash out of them or am l dreaming.

    The so called garden vacant stand is been charged for rubbish removal that started about a year ago which l have been paying. So at the worst I'm in for 3 years if they are entitled to charge for connections l dont have or use.

    Joburg municipality has added R44 000 to my account for water and sewer connections dating from 2017 till now.

    So does this mean if one has a electrical problem like eathleakage wont stay up therefore no more power at home, or the geyser burst or a blocked drain etc, we are stuffed for the duration.
