COJ credit

Hi, after a long 5 years of paying over R 2000 a month waiting for the valuation
appeal board hearing which was in April to correct the ridiculous valuation amount,
l now with the October account have a credit of R 37000 with more to come.
How do l get this cash out of them or am l dreaming.

Good luck, they will only cash out if you sold the property, and even then it's a struggle.
