Hi.
The off-spring received a new Android phone with an MTN SIM for Christmas. It can make and receive calls, and it can send SMSs, but it can't receive SMSs from other networks.
Anybody know what could be the problem?

I am more interested in some of the unusual things that they have on their US website that I can't get in South Africa without importing. That's what they need to grow. The lower prices will come with competition, right now I just want a mechanical ergonomic keyboard, please.
Hi @AfriNatic.
I just came from MTN. They said somebody did a SIM swap on my number. Apparently it is done via your system, so there isn't anything they can do?
Hi.
@Afrigirl, @AfriFella , @AfriGuy , I see on your Network Status page it says Mobile was down yesterday, but it's up now. However, in the last three days I haven't been able to connect to Air Mobile once. It's still down for me.

For my test I just grabbed two random old drives I had lying around. The Seagate 300GB and a Hitachi 500GB. The NAS complained about one of them, but let me override its complaint and created the volume fine, so doesn't seem to be a problem with drives not officially supported.
:-D Cool. Thanks...
With terabytes of data, including hundreds of gigabytes of photos, I have always been interested in getting a NAS. But somehow I always wondered if it would be worth it. So imagine my happiness when I got the opportunity to try one of these babies myself. For free:
Drive installation was...
Me please, daddy! I currently run a RAID 5 array off my motherboard RAID and have hundreds of gigs of photos sitting in Lightroom. This was made for me!
