James, I am not sure how you think this will fill any of your customer's with confidence going forward. You should have communicated immediately when this "shareholder" dispute happened. Instead you allowed everyone here online to speculate, panic and get angry at what was actually happening...
None of this makes sense, what a mess. This should be reported to the CPA ombudsman IMO. I am feeling physically ill as I was hours away from potentially losing a serious amount of cash with them, pure luck that I got my order. Its going to take a really good explanation from "Tim", "Ulrich"...

yeah they did and it all seemed above board. Concerning they disappeared overnight. From what I read on forums and saw in pics on Google they seemed to have a fair few people working for them, surely someone from there will comment on whats going on? Has anyone tried contacting the EU branch...
this is really shocking if they have upped and left. Hoping they can respond immediately as many people seem to have orders outstanding with them. If a company is planning to shutdown they need to let customers know well in advance, not just disappear overnight!
