Vumatel - Repair to fibre in the garden

Hi all My fibre was cut in my garden, between the curb box and NTU in the house. What is the usual turnaround time for Vumatel to fix the issue? I logged the call yesterday. Thanks

Hi all I am deciding which ISP to choose on Vumatel. Are there any news servers available on the CrystalWeb network or other, which can be used over Vumatel fibre for free. From what I understand, there premium news server is not available. Thanks...

ADSL Sync Speeds Query - Specifically 8 Mbps

Hi all Does anyone know at what is the max speed the "new" 8Mbps ADSL lines should sync at? 512kbps or 1024kbps? -8Mbps/????kbps I know the "old" packages were as follows: - 2Mbps/ 512kbps - 4Mbps/ 512kbps -10Mbps/1024kbps Thanks in advance.
