    Where or how can I check if there is open access to the estate where I live? As far as I am aware we can still only use a specific ISP for fibre services. Metrofibre installed the backbone in my estate.

    Can you tell me if my estate has open access for all ISP's? I do not want to use the ISP that has sole rights to provide fibre services after installation of the backbone in my estate.
